• These Terms of Service define the rules for using the information website GamePulse.pl.
• The owner of the website is RAFAŁ KRUPA, residing in Radzymin, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").
• Contact with the Administrator is possible via email: kontakt@gamepulse.pl.
• Using the website is voluntary and free of charge for all users.

2. Type of Services Provided

The website provides electronic services consisting of:

• providing information and content regarding video games,
• displaying a game release calendar (based on the IGDB database),
• displaying embedded multimedia materials (YouTube, Twitch),
• providing a contact form for communication with the Administrator.

3. Intellectual Property

• All original content published on the website (texts, articles, original graphics) is the intellectual property of the Administrator and is protected by law.
• Copying, reproducing, or using website content for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Administrator is prohibited.
• Logos, game trailers, and metadata (e.g., descriptions from IGDB) belong to their respective owners and are presented on the website for informational or promotional purposes only.

4. User Obligations

• Users are obliged to use the website in accordance with the law and good manners.
• It is prohibited to provide content that is unlawful, offensive, or constitutes spam through the contact form.
• It is prohibited to take any actions that may disrupt the technical infrastructure of the website.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

• The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the data on the website (e.g., game release dates) is up-to-date; however, full accuracy is not guaranteed. Release dates may change without the Administrator's knowledge.
• The Administrator is not responsible for interruptions in website operation resulting from technical failures beyond their control (e.g., on the side of the hosting provider or external APIs: IGDB, Twitch, YouTube).
• The website contains links and embedded content from external sites. The Administrator has no influence over the content published there and assumes no responsibility for it.

6. Complaints and Contact

• The Administrator will review reports within 14 business days.

7. Final Provisions

• The Administrator reserves the right to change the Terms of Service. Changes take effect on the day they are published on the website.
• In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
